Our registered BCRPA personal trainer will work with you one on one to design a specialized workout program specific to your needs and fitness goals. In addition to your one on one training session, you will learn proper form and technique to avoid injury. Your first training session will include a full evaluation so our trainer can help you achieve your goals.
