Effective August 1, the CVRD free yard and garden waste drop-off service for south end residents will move from Central Landscape Supplies to Fisher Road Recycling in Cobble Hill.  Yard and garden waste will be available for drop-off at Fisher Road Recycling Monday to Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The public recycling drop-off and transfer station hours will not change, these portions of the facility will be open Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
