Effective Friday, August 24, 2018, all CVRD water systems, as well as the Municipality of North Cowichan, City of Duncan, Cowichan Tribes, Town of Ladysmith, Town of Lake Cowichan, Mill Bay Waterworks and Cowichan Bay Waterworks will be moving to Stage 3 restrictions. Users of Arbutus Mountain Estates, Arbutus Ridge, Bald Mountain, Burnum, Carlton, Cherry Point, Dogwood, Douglas Hill, Fern Ridge, Honeymoon Bay, Kerry Village, Lambourn, Mesachie Lake, Saltair, Satellite Park, Shawnigan Lake North, Shellwood and Youbou water systems are required to adhere to STAGE 3 Watering Restrictions. Sprinkling is not permitted.
