Beginning February 1, 2022, milk and plant-based beverage containers now qualify for a refund of a 10-cent deposit at all Return-It sites across BC. Note that consumers can still place their milk and plant-based beverage containers into their CVRD curbside recycling tote, but they will not be eligible for the 10-cent deposit refund paid at the time of purchase.
