Given the ongoing low temperatures and snow in the forecast, curbside collection may be impacted until road conditions improve. Snow and ice pose a health and safety risk as each collection vehicle makes hundreds of stops each day, requiring up to five times the stopping distance in these conditions compared to passenger vehicles on dry roads. Please know that our drivers are making every effort to collect your materials as long as it is safe to do so.

Place your totes at the curb in an easily accessible location away from parked vehicles and snow piles by 7:30 am. If we do not collect your material by 8:00 pm, please bring your tote in and hang onto it until your next scheduled pick-up day.
