The decision has been to made to activate an emergency warming centre in the Heritage Hall in the Cowichan Community Centre in extreme weather.  When a determination has been made to activate the centre, a notice will be posted by 1 p.m. the day of activation to the Emergency Management Cowichan website at www.emcowichan.ca.
