[ARCHIVED] CVRD calls on Province of BC to include mattresses in Extended Producer Responsibility program

The CVRD Board has approved an increase to the mattress tipping fee from $18 to $32 per unit for the 2026 budget year, which will put more cost on the end user and decrease the tax requisition shared by taxpayers across the region.
