The Cowichan Valley Regional District is seeking expressions of interest from qualified individuals who wish to be considered for nomination to the Board of the BC Ferry Authority.
In accordance with the Coastal Ferry Act, the Cowichan Valley Regional District, in collaboration with the Capital Regional District, will be nominating individuals to the BC Ferry Authority to fill one position on the Board, effective April 1, 2026.

- You must not hold elected public office.
- You cannot be an employee, officer, or member of a union representing B.C. Ferry Services Inc. workers.
- You cannot be an employee of a municipality, regional district, or a similar public body within the appointment area.
- You cannot be an employee, director, officer, or executive of British Columbia Ferry Services Inc..
